Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 77xk ("77xk", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online sports betting and casino platform accessible at 77xk.cam.

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the 77xk platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies or guidelines referenced herein — including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference.

If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease all use of the 77xk platform and close any account you may have opened. Your continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as amended from time to time.

Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 77xk reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any stage and to suspend accounts pending satisfactory verification.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using 77xk is lawful in your jurisdiction. Where local law — including Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — prohibits or restricts online gambling, you must not access the platform. 77xk does not represent that its services are lawful, licensed or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction, including Pakistan.

3.3 Additional Eligibility Conditions

• You must not be a registered self-excluded user on any gambling platform or national self-exclusion register where such a register applies.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party when registering or operating an account.
• You must not be an employee, director, agent or contractor of 77xk or its affiliated operators, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full features of the 77xk platform, you must complete the registration process and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other information requested during KYC verification.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual User is permitted to hold one account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether in the same name, different names, or through the use of third parties — is strictly prohibited. 77xk employs technical and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended, bonuses forfeited and balances reviewed.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified 77xk of unauthorised access promptly upon becoming aware of it. 77xk strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication where available.

4.4 Account Accuracy

You are required to keep your account details accurate and up to date. Failure to maintain accurate information — particularly regarding identity, payment methods and contact details — may result in delays to withdrawal processing or account suspension pending re-verification.

Permitted Use

5.1 Permitted Activities

Subject to these Terms, you are permitted to access the 77xk platform for the purpose of placing bets on sporting events and engaging with casino games offered therein, provided that such activities are not prohibited under laws applicable to you.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and further legal action where applicable:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable law;
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to use of stolen payment details, identity fraud or collusion;
• Using automated bots, scripts, crawlers or other non-human means to interact with the platform;
• Exploiting technical errors, system glitches or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies or other practices that the operator determines constitute abuse of the platform;
• Laundering funds or using the platform in connection with any proceeds of crime;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or otherwise attempting to access the platform's underlying software or source code;
• Interfering with the platform's infrastructure, servers or security systems.

Deposits & Payments

6.1 Available Payment Methods

The available deposit methods at any given time are displayed in the platform's live cashier. These may include local bank transfer options familiar to Pakistani users (such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah), mobile wallet services (such as Easypaisa or JazzCash), Raast digital payments, and cryptocurrency (including BTC and USDT). The availability of any specific method is subject to change without notice.

6.2 Minimum Deposits & Fees

Minimum and maximum deposit limits, as well as any applicable processing fees, are specified in the platform cashier at the point of transaction. 77xk reserves the right to amend these limits at any time. Users are advised to check current limits before initiating a deposit.

6.3 Currency

Account balances are maintained and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where deposits are received in a different currency or via cryptocurrency, conversion to PKR will be applied at the rate determined by the platform at the time of transaction. Currency conversion rates are not guaranteed and may differ from interbank or published rates.

6.4 Deposit Ownership

You warrant that all funds deposited into your 77xk account are from legitimate sources and that you are the authorised owner or user of the payment method used. 77xk may request evidence of payment method ownership as part of KYC verification and may suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory confirmation.

Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted where: (a) your account has passed KYC verification; (b) all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied; (c) your account is in good standing with no active review or restriction; and (d) the withdrawal amount does not exceed your real-money account balance.

7.2 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, 77xk requires completion of the KYC process. You may be asked to provide: a government-issued photo identity document (e.g., Pakistani CNIC), proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in the withdrawal being held until verification is completed.

7.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

77xk does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Processing durations depend on a range of factors including the payment method selected, KYC status, internal review procedures and third-party provider timelines. Users should consult the platform cashier for indicative timeframes and should not rely on any particular processing speed being maintained.

7.4 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals must generally be made to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, subject to operational constraints. 77xk reserves the right to direct withdrawals to alternative methods where necessary for compliance, fraud prevention or operational reasons.

7.5 Maximum Withdrawals

Weekly and monthly withdrawal limits may apply and are specified in the cashier or relevant promotional terms. These limits are set at the operator's discretion and may be varied for accounts with different VIP tiers or account profiles.

Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers made available on the 77xk platform are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions and time limits are detailed in the individual promotion terms. It is your responsibility to read and understand these requirements before claiming any bonus.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

77xk reserves the right to void any bonus, withhold associated winnings and suspend an account where it determines — at its reasonable discretion — that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses under multiple accounts, coordinated wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional conditions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

8.4 Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed or unmet bonus funds will expire in accordance with the time limits specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus balances cannot be reinstated.

8.5 Welcome & Reload Bonuses

Welcome bonuses are available to new registered accounts only. One welcome bonus per person, household, device, IP address or payment method is permitted. Reload bonuses and ongoing promotions are subject to eligibility criteria and frequency limits as specified in each offer.

Betting Rules

9.1 Acceptance of Bets

77xk reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including where: the bet exceeds applicable stake limits; there is reason to believe the bet was placed in error or on the basis of insider information; technical errors affected the displayed odds; or the User's account is under review.

9.2 Odds & Market Changes

Odds are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is confirmed and accepted. 77xk does not guarantee that any quoted price will remain available until a bet is placed. Confirmed bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance, subject to these Terms.

9.3 Void Bets

Bets may be declared void where: an event is abandoned or not completed within a defined timeframe; odds were displayed in error; or there is a manifest pricing mistake. In such cases, stakes are returned to the User's account balance.

9.4 Live Betting

In-play and live betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes and market suspension. 77xk accepts no liability for connection failures, delays in internet data or technical issues that affect the placement of live bets. Users are responsible for ensuring a stable connection before engaging in in-play markets.

9.5 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits per event and per market are displayed within the bet slip and cashier. These limits may vary by sport, market type and User account profile. 77xk may apply reduced limits to specific accounts without prior notice where risk management considerations require it.

Responsible Gambling

77xk is committed to providing a responsible gambling environment. The platform offers the following tools within account settings, which Users are strongly encouraged to utilise before commencing play:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the total losses you can incur within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Limit the duration of individual play sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Apply a temporary pause on account activity of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or for a specified period exclude yourself from the platform.

Suspension & Termination

11.1 Operator Right to Suspend

77xk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User account at its discretion without prior notice, including where: these Terms have been breached; fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected or detected; the User's identity or eligibility cannot be verified; or continued operation of the account poses legal or regulatory risk to the operator.

11.2 Account Closure by User

Users may close their account at any time by contacting 77xk support. Any genuine real-money balance remaining at the time of closure, after deduction of any applicable pending bonus conditions, will be returned to the User subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

11.3 Forfeiture of Bonus Funds

Upon account closure or suspension, any uncompleted bonus funds or promotional credits will be forfeited in full. Only real-money balances that have been cleared of any applicable wagering obligations are eligible for return.

11.4 Effect of Termination

On account termination — whether by the User or by 77xk — access to the platform and its services will cease immediately. Any outstanding bet settlements will be processed in accordance with the standard rules applicable at the time those bets were placed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77xk and its affiliated operators, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any losses arising from your use of or inability to access the platform;
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions or third-party service interruptions;
• Decisions made in reliance on any odds, statistics, information or content displayed on the platform;
• Gambling losses, whether arising from casino games, sports betting or any other product offered on the platform;
• Any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from use of the platform, regardless of the theory of liability;
• Actions taken by third parties in connection with payment processing or verification.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any matter which cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the 77xk platform — including but not limited to its name, logo, design, software, text, graphics, data and game content — are owned by or licensed to 77xk. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to these Terms.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any part of the platform's content without the prior written consent of 77xk. Scraping, systematic downloading or data mining of platform content is strictly prohibited.

Privacy & Data

77xk collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key data processing activities include: account registration and management, identity verification (KYC), transaction processing, fraud prevention, marketing communications (where opted in) and regulatory compliance.

Amendments

77xk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, reasonable notice will be provided via in-platform notification or email to your registered address. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date.

The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms came into force. You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 77xk platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing territory, save where mandatory local consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Users based in Pakistan acknowledge that they are additionally subject to Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and that 77xk makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling under Pakistani law.
